The attorneys and staff of Allison | Johnson are actively involved in both the legal community and in service to the greater community.

Our attorneys are involved in continuing legal education, assisting new lawyers and working to improve the practice of law. Members of our firm are leaders in the Collaborative Law movement in North Texas. We dedicate our time and resources to this work because we believe in the tremendous benefit Collaborative Law can provide to clients.

Our firm is also active in the community, providing pro bono services on select cases and contributing to organizations that improve the lives of families and children.

Here's what members of our firm have been up to lately:

• Kip H. Allison authored and presented the paper "Divorce: Common and Uncommon Issues" at the Collin County Bench Bar Conference, April 2007
• Jody L. Johnson was named to the Board of Trustees of the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas, and presented at the Advanced Family Law Conference in August 2007.  Jody was named The Best Lawyers in America, Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine and the firm named Comerica Collin 60 
• Barrett A. Stern was named a "Texas Rising Star" for 2007
