Kip Allison is described as tough, focused, and effective. He is an experienced trial attorney who is not intimidated by bad facts his clients bring to him and is frequently sought out by clients who believe their cases are disadvantage by their own conduct. He is highly capable and experienced in handling complex and emotionally charged cases. When settlement is not possible, he easily navigates the courtroom. Custody and complex financial cases are his specialty. He has handled many cases involving complex financial issues related to the division of assets and liabilities, including valuing and dividing closely held corporations, sophisticated publicly traded stock agreements, options and other upper management benefits and the impact of partnerships and their agreements in divorce. He applies his skills and experience in accounting/finance to achieve an appropriate solution for clients. Allison has real world experience in privately held and publicly traded companies that allows him to be a resource to clients in understanding balance sheets, valuation of assets, tax implications and business interests.
